Bapak Subuh has traveled around the world for almost 30 years, from 1957 until 1987 and has given about 1,700 talks. These talks contain explanations about life and the Latihan. Ibu Rahayu also advises us to read or listen Bapak’s talks. “So, in this regard, I want to emphasize again that Bapak’s talks are essential for Subud members. Without the understanding you get through reading talks, you will never understand Subud. You cannot understand Subud by thinking about it. You have to experience it with your true human self. And to do that, your human self must develop which is why we have the latihan. So, do not expect to become what we call ‘Subud’ without doing latihan” (13 TKL 1, Rungan Sari, 21 February 2013, subudlibrary.net, TT-RL)

Concerning this, since April 2020, during the Covid 19 pandemic, Subud Indonesia has launched Zoom Talk program, which allows Subud members around the world to listen Bapak and Ibu Rahayu talks together at the same time. Started from May 2025, Zoom Talk program held with certain topic for each month, for example the aim and the purpose of Latihan Kejiwaan, about heaven and hell, or perfect human beings.

As a follow up of the program, Subud Indonesia invites all Subud members to join this special event, Remembrance Bapak Talks and Advices. It is hoped that members will get more understanding to follow Bapak’s advices in order to grow our jiwa in this world. Let your own jiwa be your guide!

This event will be followed by a National Meeting (a meeting one year after congress to review National Congress resolutions) and anniversary of Subud Indonesia organization then Zone 1&2 Meeting. The Zone Council members are the country delegates but observers are welcome to attend. It would be such a big program.
